True Blood Forsaken Cosmetics

We certainly feel conflicted about the new Forsaken makeup line inspired by True Blood. On the one hand, everybody on True Blood certainly looks very good and we kind of like media tie-ins. We don’t exactly know what a celebrity manicurist is, but celebrity manicurist Deborah Lippman does really really really know nail art. If you have ever bought dark nail polish by Wet and Wild at the drug store, you probably are always a little happy when higher end brands put anything similar out, even if the products are pricey.

On the other hand, True Blood has certainly turned into the vampire show you love to hate. It has gotten more and more stupid, every season since the first one, but you just can’t stop watching.
