L’Odyssée de Cartier: True Beauty Meant for Generations

How epic can a luxury jewelry ad go? The answer: very epic! L’Odyssée de Cartier is a full three and a half minute ad filled with compelling CGI effects and breathtaking history of the Cartier brand.

Every second of the frame is brimming with wonderful detail. The sequences serve as a history lesson about Cartier and its 165 years of existence.

The mini film follows the iconic Cartier panther (a nickname by original designer, Jean Toussaint) as he traverses across vast lands. He encounters key figures representing monumental achievements for the company.

Cartier’s most recognizable pieces like the Tank watch, the LOVE bracelet and the three-band trinity rings also make an appearance on here.

The film itself is beautifully made and highly recommended for its cinematics alone. However, if you want the meaning and symbolism shown in the sequences and how it relates to Cartier’s history; make sure to watch L’Odyssée de Cartier, Replay. Beautiful stuff that’s meant to inspire.
