While we were attending the MAGIC Market Week, which is the largest global market week for contemporary men’s and women’s apparel, we came across the fun folks from Freakers USA showing off their wares. I’d heard of them before, but getting to meet the Freakers crew in person was a lot of fun. They have a real infectious party vibe that fits their products well (despite making entertainingly curmudgeonly faces for our Gothic.org pics). What is a Freaker? It’s a little decorative bottle cozy, made in the USA, that stretches over just about any kind of beverage container and insulates it such that cold things stay cold and warm things stay warm. Plus, they make it a whole lot easier to keep track of your drink in a party situation. My personal picks from their line are the classic skull & bones ‘Big Booty’ design, as well as the more cheerful ‘Sugar High’ sugar skull, and they even have a Grumpy Cat inspired Freaker appropriately called ‘Sour Puss’.
